Background and objectives of activities

Kagoshima City is promoting the "Zero Carbon City Kagoshima" project. The city is working together with citizens and businesses to realize a decarbonized society.

Summary of Activities

In the "Active Seminar," an advanced law and literature course, we collaborated with the Kagoshima City Environmental Policy Division. Workshops were held throughout the class.

Expected Benefits

Aimed to create a framework for information dissemination and dialogue to encourage action, looking at "what we can do now" and "what we can do in the future" toward the realization of a decarbonized society. It is hoped that this will lead to a change in future policies, corporate activities, and citizen behavior, as government and citizens look back on their daily lives.
