Background and objectives of activities
By holding seminars primarily for female students where they can hear real voices of practicing lawyers, judges, prosecutors and other legal professionals, the seminar will help them learn about the legal profession and make it one of their future career paths.
Summary of Activities
Panel discussions and lectures by three female legal professionals, as well as interactive group sessions with local female lawyers in Kagoshima in an interactive format, provided an opportunity for fair and quality education.
Expected Benefits
In addition to increasing the percentage of women in the legal profession, providing high quality education to female students about the legal profession will make them aware of the legal profession as one of their career paths, contribute to increasing the percentage of women in the legal profession, and improve their access to the justice system.
