Background and objectives of activities
" Based on the recognition that the ongoing DX of the legal world involves a fundamental transformation of the information that forms the basis of legal practice and education, and that it will decisively transform Japanese society in the future, the DX will be a forum for the development of more efficient development of the legal information infrastructure and the creation of more effective results. By taking up the fragmented efforts in each field in a cross-cutting manner and promoting exchanges, we aim to contribute to the realization of the "rule of law" in our society by promoting more efficient development of the legal information infrastructure and producing more effective results.
Summary of Activities
This session will introduce the current state of discussions and debates on the digitization of legal affairs, including the use of AI and other technologies, and the efforts to improve the utilization of data such as laws and regulations, including API expansion and long-term future prospects, being promoted by the Digital Agency, and will look at the direction of technological utilization, research and service development that should be developed in the future.

We will promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and innovation through the digitization of legal affairs, including the use of technologies such as AI, and the advancement of the use of data such as laws and regulations, including API expansion and long-term future prospects.
