Background and objectives of activities
A "Dining Party Incorporating SDGs Concepts" was held as a year-end party attended by faculty and staff of the Faculty of Agriculture.
Summary of Activities
We used locally produced agricultural products, including out-of-specification vegetables, and other ingredients that ensure sustainability, and put into practice the "contribution to sustainability through food" that can only be made by the Faculty of Agriculture.
Expected Benefits
We hope that the small efforts of our department will serve as a stimulus for similar efforts to realize a sustainable society and environment in the Kagoshima region.
