Background and objectives of activities
In school education, the experiments and experiences that children can do are limited. Many families are unable to enjoy them together because the same was true for the parents' generation. Such an environment is also one of the causes of the so-called “science phobia”. In order to resolve such problems even a little, we aim to create opportunities for adults to enjoy science experiments and experiences alone or with their children, and to spread this to the surrounding area and to the next generation.

Summary of Activities
Participants experience the wonder and fascination of natural science through simple science experiments (light, scent, dyeing, molecules, etc.), observing plankton and rocks, computer programming, and more. The content varies from elementary school to university level, but there are usually around 200 participants each year, with adults and children learning and having fun together with university lecturers and students who are experts in their fields (about 2 hours).

Expected Benefits
Regardless of the environment or field in which adults have studied, by learning about the fun and knowledge of science, they can improve their own and their children's science education, and rethink their awareness of nature. In turn, they can contribute to achieving the SDGs in various ways.
