Background and objectives of activities


This program is designed to open some of the courses and classes offered by the University to the general public, to provide quality professional education conducted at the University, and to promote and continue lifelong learning initiatives.

Summary of Activities

Open lectures are lectures given by university faculty members to a variety of audiences, including children, parents, youth, adults, professionals, and the general public, both on and off campus. Open classes are lectures given by university faculty members to the local community as part of their student teaching.

Expected Benefits

Expected to raise awareness of lifelong learning by consistently providing quality education and continuing to create an equitable and sustainable learning environment for the community.
