The theme of the workshop will be "Examining Different Views in the Denial of Tax Avoidance" and is aimed primarily at professionals to achieve a fair tax burden, increase knowledge in the field of tax law, and contribute to the local community.
Summary of Activities
The seminar focused on major tax avoidance cases such as "Yahoo! Case," "Resona Bank Foreign Tax Credit Case," and "Obunsha HD Case," analyzing and discussing the differences in views expressed in these cases, and deepening understanding of what should be done in practice.
Expected Benefits
A study group will be held for each of the professional firms that are experts in the field.
This is expected to improve the quality of tax services and justice for local residents.
