Background and objectives of activities


The "Practical Seminar on Analyzing Financial Statements for Lawyers" will be held primarily for those who wish to gain an introductory knowledge of accounting and acquire basic knowledge of accounting so that they can properly understand corporate performance.

Summary of Activities

Over two days, participants will learn about topics such as “Understanding the Accounting System”, “Understanding Company Performance”, “Understanding the Basic Skills that Generate Performance”, and “Understanding Cash Flow”, with Professor Yoshikazu Tomizuka of the Chuo University Graduate School of Law as the lecturer.
