Background and objectives of activities

Many international students live in the area around Kagoshima University. However, there are not many opportunities for interaction between them and local residents. Mutual assistance is especially important in the event of an emergency such as an earthquake, but it is felt that the establishment of relationships for this purpose is insufficient. In addition, international students do not have many opportunities to learn about disaster preparedness.
In addition, although there are a variety of organizations and people in the community, there are not enough relationships for them to work together.
