Background and objectives of activities
The aim of this class is to enable Japanese and international students to communicate and discuss in English. Through debates and presentations on the SDGs, students will develop an interest in the SDGs.

Summary of Activities
1. Understand the outline of the SDGs
2. Hold discussions on the SDGs in students' home countries and regions
3. Conduct research and surveys on the SDGs and present the results
4. After the presentation, students and teachers will ask questions and give feedback
5. Students will submit a final report on the content discussed in class

Expected Benefits
By conducting research on the students' home regions and sharing knowledge, students will deepen their understanding of the SDGs around the world. In the final report, students will consider how Kagoshima University can be involved in the SDGs. Furthermore, by conducting their studies in English, students will acquire the ability to investigate information sources outside of Japan.
