In today's society, which is often referred to as a 'stress society', it is becoming increasingly important to know how to deal with stress in order to maintain good health. We believe that it is important for adolescents and young people to learn about stress and the need to control it as knowledge and skills for ensuring a healthy lifestyle.
Summary of Activities
In this stressful society, we are holding lectures on how to deal with stress in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The lectures are aimed at junior high school and high school students, and are 50-minute programs designed to help students learn about their own stress and the skills they need to control it.
