Background and objectives of activities
Under the leadership of the President, the university-wide cooperative system will improve the advanced research and international capabilities of female and young researchers, further increase the number of female and young researchers, and promote the appointment of women to higher positions.

Maintain a University-wide (Unity) Diversity Research Environment that unlocks women's potential (Potential) and fosters women's leadership (Leadership) (Sustainability).
Expected Benefits
WiSH PLUS established numerical targets to achieve a female researcher tenure ratio of at least 23%, a female faculty member ratio of at least 15% of upper-level positions, and a female researcher employment ratio of at least 30%. By working toward achieving these goals, WiSH PLUS will contribute to the realization of a society in which all people, including female researchers, can maximize their abilities.
