Background and objectives of activities
Kagoshima Prefecture is rapidly accepting foreign workers due to its declining birthrate and aging population. However, there is insufficient understanding of the actual situation and the problems they face. In addition, opportunities for exchange and mutual understanding with local residents are scarce. Furthermore, there are not many opportunities for residents, universities, and related organizations to collaborate in conducting surveys to understand the actual situation.

The students will play a central role in the project, which will be supported by local residents, local organizations, and local government agencies.
